Where do we check in for the conference?
Enter the Boston Marriott Copley Place and proceed to the Atrium Foyer located on the Fourth Floor of the meeting space.
If you plan to use your own computer during PSU, please bring it with you when you check in for PSU.
When can I plan on leaving PSU Boston?
The last class at PSU Boston will end at 4:00pm on Thursday, July 29th.

Preferential Lodging
We reserved a block of rooms at a special discount rate at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved by 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, July 2nd in order to receive the conference rate. Any reservation made after this date will be accepted based on availability and may not receive the conference rate.

Which airport should I fly into for PSU Boston?
Boston Logan Airport (BOS) is the closest and most convenient airport to the venue.
Recommended transit from BOS:
Taxis are available for approximately $35 one-way.
Shared van service is also available from the airport at approximately $15-20 one-way.
You can also take 'The T,' Boston's Subway System for $2 each way. From the airport, take the Silver Line to the Orange Line and exit at the Back Bay station. The Boston Marriott Copley Place is on the opposite side of Copley Place.
If traveling by vehicle:
Follow signs to the Boston/Sumner tunnel. Pay the toll and stay in the right lane in the tunnel. Follow signs for Exit 26/Storrow Drive. After you emerge from the tunnel, take the second left exit to Copley Square/Back Bay. At the first light, turn right onto Beacon St. Follow Beacon St. for 4 blocks and make a left on to Exeter St. After 5 lights, Exeter St. ends at Huntington Ave. Turn right onto Huntington Ave. At the first light, under the sky bridge, make a U-turn to the left. The hotel entrance will be immediately on your right.
Where can I park at PSU Boston?
Parking is available at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. For hotel guests, self-parking is $35 per day and valet is $42 per day. The valet parking option includes in/out privileges, but the self-parking does not.
Fortunately, participation in PSU Boston does not require the use of a car. The Boston Marriott Copley Place is centrally located in the historic Back Bay district of Boston, with many dining, shopping and entertainment options within walking distance.
For those participants who will drive to PSU Boston each day, self-parking is $35 per day. Please note this rate is for once in, once out.
Will PowerSchool be providing breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Your tuition includes breakfast and lunch (Monday through Thursday). Breakfast and lunch will be served at the Boston Marriott Copley Place on the Fourth Floor in Grand Ballroom Salons E & F. The daily menus are available here:

What is the attire at PSU?
PowerSchool University is very casual so please wear what is comfortable to you. The average day-time high for this time of year in Boston is 82 degrees, with the night-time low averaging 65 degrees. Air conditioning in the classrooms can be unpredictable, so we recommend dressing in layers or bringing a sweater.
What is the cancellation policy for PSU?
If you go through the registration process and then discover you cannot attend, make sure to cancel as early as possible. Cancellations received after 5:00pm Pacific Daylight Time on Friday, July 9, 2010, will be charged 50% of the tuition cost. If you need to cancel your registration, email psu@powerschool.com.
